    • Michael Dean "Mike" is the senior United States Senator from the state of Idaho, in office since 1999. Previously he served as the United States Representative for Idaho's 2nd congressional district from 1993 to 1999. He is a member of the Republican Party.
      Born in the city of Idaho Falls, Crapo is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Harvard Law School. He practiced law in his home city throughout the 1980s, while maintaining an active role in local Republican politics.
