S47-113-Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013
CURRENT STATUS
Rule provides for consideration of S. 47 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit with or without instructions. Measure will be considered read. A specified amendment is in order. The resolution waives all points of order against provisions in the bill. It provides that an amendment in the nature of a substitute consisting of the text of Rules Committee Print 113-2, if offered by the Majority Leader or his designee, which shall be separately debatable for 20 minutes equally divided and controlled by the proponent and an opponent.
